Job Position: Technical Support

Qualification:  (UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) AND (PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required)  Minimum Graduates in any stream. (10+2+3) Undergraduates with at least 12 months of international call center /18 months of domestic call center / 24 months of any other work experience . Candidates with Customer Service background interested in Tech support can also apply.            



Job Description:
Troubleshooting for technical issues related to computers faced by Dell customers in India .
Tech Support will be primarily on software & Hardware issues in Desktops, Laptops & other peripheral devices.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Should be open to work in rotational shifts in a 24 by 7 environment.
Should have excellent communication skills in English.
Should be open to relocate to Chandigarh / Mohali in case of outstation candidates.( relocation assistance provided )

Experience: 0 to 2 yrs
