COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
Compensation shall be as per approved NHPC norms with regards to Engineers deployed on Fixed Tenure Basis. As on date, gross compensation shall be approx. Rs. 19,500/- per month including Transport allowance of Rs.3000/month. An additional incentive of Rs. 2,500/- per quarter shall also be payable based on performance.
Income Tax deduction at source will be as per Income Tax Act.
