What you will be doing
Support Group SRD suite of applications for all countries. This is L2 and L3 support, includes working in shifts and oncall support during non-business hours.
SQL Server, .Net skills essential. Prior experience of working with support team is an advantage.
Familiarity with incident, change and problem management processes is preferred.
