Job Responsibilities:

- Provides explanations and information to others on topics within area of expertise.
Job Qualifications:
Experience working in the health insurance industry (Nice to have)
Strong analytic and troubleshooting skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Responsible & accountable with excellent team work
