Qualification:

- 3+ years object oriented analysis and design

- Expert knowledge and capabilities in Java, J2EE, Struts, Spring, Hibernate and Webservices.

- Expert experience with HTML, CSS layout and Box Model, JavaScript/ jQuery, AJAX

- Expert knowledge and capabilities in any of the ORM tools (preferably Hibernate).

- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall software development processes

- Experience with configuration management systems and concepts specifically SVN and Clear Case

- Exp in Analysis and Design phases. UML concepts need to clear

- Hands on development experience on BEA Web logic 10.

- Exp in Web services, SOA arch.

- Above average experience with enterprise level Oracle RDBMS

            - Expert knowledge of UML and design patterns.
